Terry Seaman

Terry Seaman has been a Mortgage Loan Originator with First Federal Lakewood since 2013 and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Terry has extensive experience with less conventional loan products, such as construction to permanent loans and doctor/resident loans. He enjoys working with all types of buyers and loans, from FHA to high-end loans, helping all customers choose the best loan product regardless of their situation. Terry has received numerous production awards, both from First Federal Lakewood and from previous positions in the mortgage industry. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland and the Cleveland Realist Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from The Ohio State University.
