First Federal Lakewood Supports Customer and Community Health by Temporarily Limiting Branch Lobby Access
 
Branch lobby access is temporarily suspended beginning Friday, March 20
 
Lakewood, OH – March 19, 2020 – First Federal Lakewood announced today plans to temporarily limit lobby access at most of its branch locations effective Friday, March 20, 2020. Drive thru’s will be open normal business hours. Branch visits may be available by appointment only and by contacting the branch. In addition, we are temporarily closing our in-branch grocery location 1929 East 61st Street and our Gordon Square branch lobby will be open with limited access.
 
Customers are highly encouraged to use online and mobile banking services. These services are available 24/7and allow customers to view transactions, check balances, make payments and deposit checks.  Customers can also use our 32,000 strong MoneyPass ATM network for many banking services and our telephone banking options (216-529-5600). Customers who require a more complex banking service can call their local branch to set an appointment.

To ensure employees are not adversely impacted by changes to services, First Federal Lakewood employees will continue to receive pay aligned with our business as usual operations.
