Joe Lester joined the First Federal Lakewood team in 2010 and is the SVP, Chief Credit Officer. Previously, he was the SVP, Director of Commercial Loan Operations at First Federal Lakewood. Joe began his banking career at Century Bank as AVP, Loan Service Manager & Special Assets Officer.
Joe has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and his area of expertise lies in the commercial credit and lending space. He also has experience in special assets, lending sales, loan servicing and closing, and construction administration.
He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics from the University of Mount Union. He is also a member of the City of Willoughby Hills Housing Council.
