Becky joined First Federal Lakewood over 25 years ago and is currently the Treasury Management Operations Officer where she is responsible for maintaining treasury management customer relationships and oversees a team of Treasury Management Specialists. She also acts as a technical product specialist for TM products and services, manage problem resolution within the TM function, and maintain and monitor ACH, Wire, and Remote Deposit relationships, ensuring documentation and compliance in these areas. She completes annual ACH reviews on all ACH originators and develop or revise procedures and guides for Treasury Management products, and is also the admin of our analysis system and responsible for preparing customers combined analysis statements each month.
With over two decades of financial services experience and as an Accredited ACH Professional, she has an extensive experience in the banking industry. Becky received an associate’s degree in finance from Lorain County Community College.
